Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast, cut into smaller pieces
- 2 tablespoons of any cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 large snack pepper diced ( red and green)
- 1 medium sized Broccoli branch
- 100g cashew nuts (roasted)
Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan on a medium heat
- Place the chicken in the pan and fry for 3 minutes until golden brown
- Add the diced vegetables and cashew nuts
- Cook for 4 minutes until the vegetables are soft
- Combine honey, soy sauce and oyster sauce together, mix well and pour over the pan.
- cook for 1 minute and serve with rice
