Oats and spinach pancakes






 



Ingredients
1/3 Cup of rolled oats
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Egg
15 Leafs of fresh spinach
1/2 Glass sweet milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 Ripe banana
Butter for frying


Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Blend it in a blender until smooth.
Heat butter on a frying pan, add full ice-cream scoop of the batter.
Fry on medium heat for approximately 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
Serve with whatever you like, i like mine with fresh berries or fruit.
